E*TRADE unveiled improved navigation at the E*TRADE.com website earlier this week. In an email to clients, E*TRADE announced changes that were made to streamline the overall experience at the website. These changes were based on feedback from E*TRADE clients. Some of the most popular tools at the E*TRADE website will now be easier to access. E*TRADE users will be prompted of the update on their first log in and offered the opportunity to see more about what is new. Let’s take a brief look at what you need to know about the new site navigation.
-Across the top of any E*TRADE page, there will be four main tabs where your experience will begin
-The four tabs are from left to right: Accounts, Research, Retirement, and Trade
-By clicking the E*TRADE logo in the upper left hand side of any page the user can return to your home page
-In the upper right side of each page, users will find account alerts as well as a direct link to move money
-Under each tab, there are new fly out menus that give you quick access to all tools in each specific area
